Description
Process to appointed a provider who will establish and run the Youth Housing Hub. The Hub will be an integrated service that coordinates and delivers homelessness prevention, assessments, housing advice and the allocation of housing and support to the target client group. The Hub partner will provide a suitable building and manage the hub service and co-located team, including council social workers and housing advisers. 3 year contract with option to extend for 2 periods each of 2 years. Contract value relates to maximum value if all extensions exercised.
