Description

The University of Leeds wishes to engage the services of a broker / third party intermediary (TPI) to assist in the procurement and ongoing management of the following energy portfolios;

•Half Hourly Electricity supplies - current contracts expire 31/03/19. Approx. annual value £1.3m

•Gas supplies - current contracts expire 31/03/19. Approx. annual value £1.1m
Note - this exercise does not relate to supplies into the jointly owned Generating Station Complex.

The University of Leeds wishes to procure a single provider Supply Agreement for a duration of 36 months for the provision of a flexible electricity and gas supply contract for these portfolios. To support this we wish to enter into an agreement with a TPI on a 2yr initial basis, with possible extension to a maximum of 5 years (2+1+1+1).
