Description

In areas of high vandalism the West Midlands Combined Authority's (WMCA) strategy is to install steel mesh panels into its bus shelters rather than standard glazing materials, at present this accounts for 134 shelters across the WMCA network. The WMCA doesn't currently have a contract in place for this and is therefore seeking tenders for the supply, installation and maintenance of mesh panels over a contract period of five years with options to extend, on an annual basis, for up to an additional two years.

In order to access the tender documents and submit a bid please do so through BravoSolution, the WMCA's e-tendering portal (https://wmca.bravosolution.co.uk). The tender reference is itt_658 and if you are not already registered on BravoSolution it is free and usually only takes a few minutes.

Please see the tender documents in the Attachments section of BravoSolution for more details.

Bids are being assessed on the basis of 50% quality and 50% price. Only those organisations that have answered all of the questions and provided all supporting documents satisfactorily in the Qualification Envelope will go on to have their tenders evaluated.

Please submit all responses by the tender deadline which is 1200 noon on Monday 10th June 2019 and the deadline for any clarification questions, also via BravoSolution, is 1200 noon on Wednesday 5th June 2019.
