Description

settle is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced multi-discipline building and refurbishment contractor to carry out a range of damp, mould, and insulation rectification and reinstatement works to 11 Hexton Road, a property located in Lilley, Luton, LU2 8LY. The property is a traditionally constructed residential 2 story mid-terrace that was built in the 1920s. The property has multiple issues including rising damp through the ground floor concrete slab and a severe condensation issue to the first floor, with settle now looking to appoint a contractor to complete a range of enabling and refurbishment works to bring the property up to the required standard. The property has been extensively surveyed, and a schedule of works has now been established.
