Description

Unitas Stoke-on-Trent Ltd is seeking competitive tenders to undertake the design and installation of a retrofitted sprinkler system to flats at Jack Ashley and Travers Court, located on City Road, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent.
The appointed Contractor shall be responsible for the complete design, supply, carriage, offload, installation, testing and commissioning for the automatic fire sprinkler system to protect the building.
Other project works will be comprised of the replacement of a door entry system, general refurbishment and repair works including renewal of the existing roof coverings and repointing and rebuilding works to the parapet walls and upper sections of brickwork.
