Description
Derbyshire County Council is inviting tenders for the delivery of an innovative Adult Integrated Drug and Alcohol Treatment and Recovery Support Service across Derbyshire (excluding Derby City).
This will provide a single point of access to a range of psychosocial, pharmacological and harm reduction treatment interventions with referral on to recovery services relevant to each individual (concurrent with treatment provision) and Tier 4 interventions.
The Council is procuring the service as detailed in the specification Under the Light Touch
Regime, using a bespoke procedure with negotiations. It is intended that the top 5 scoring compliant bidders (who meet the selection criteria) will be shortlisted and invited to participate in the negotiation stage.
The Contract will commence on 1 April 2024 for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further two periods of up to 36 months each and one 12-month period up to a maximum of 10 years, subject to funding.
