Description

Lot 1 - To refurbish the rear brick sheds and repair the balcony brickwork to the low rise flats at Kirkby Road and Caenby Road Scunthorpe.
This consists of extending the roofs and repairing the brickwork to 16no. attached brick sheds to the ground floor flats measuring approximately 1.4mtrs wide x 1.2mtrs long x 2.3mtrs high. Repairing the brickwork and coping stones to 8no. rear balcony parapet walls.
