Description

The provider will design and implement a fully customisable A.I. Chatbot that will be designed with the input of partners and users (community/ families) from across Bournemouth, Christchurch to ensure that it meets their needs and expectations.\r

The A.I. Chatbot will use the Family Information Directory (including the Local Offer), the BCP Website and the Online Booking Sessions Portal into one interactive and intuitive platform utilising Generative A.I. and Natural Language Processing.
