Description

The project comprises of the removal of asbestos and full internal refurbishment of approximately 1/4 of the Eighth Floor of East Tower and minor works to K017 in the Kirtley Building as part of phase 1.
Date for commencement of the works: Friday 23rd March 2018
Date for completion of the works: Friday 20th April 2018
Works will be carried out under the JCT Minor Works Contract with Contractor's Design (2016).
