The service is provision of digital mental health and wellbeing services to young people aged 16-25 years. The service has 3 elements. The service is based on the IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) model, providing CBT based therapeutic interventions to young people struggling with low level anxiety disorders and low mood.
