Description
Cambridge City Council (CCC) is looking for a provider of a Fleet Management System for its Fleet Services department.
The system must incorporate all aspects required to manage a busy fast paced maintenance facility coupled with the management of vehicle compliance within the rules of the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency Operator's Licence Regulations.
The system must feature: Maintenance scheduling; vehicle workshop management: stock control; invoicing; private customer facility for non-fleet vehicles; MOT diary; workshop activity diary; purchase orders
