Procurement of an Interim Evaluation and Final Evaluation for both the Tees Valley Pathways and Tees Valley Routeways Programmes. The evaluation shall assess the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of both programmes in the Tees Valley with the aim of improving its impact and delivery to inform key stakeholders, partners and decision makers in shaping future strategies, improving delivery of the programmes, learning what has been achieved and the impact of the ESF support.
