Ships and similar vessels for the transport of persons or goods. Fishing, emergency and other special vessels. Fishing vessels. Survey vessels. Research vessel services. Fishing-vessel services. Cefas and the University of Exeter are collaborating on a research project to provide a baseline understanding of the ecology of Atlantic bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus; ABFT) in waters of the British Isles. The project is supported by the Department for Food, Environment and Rural Affairs (Defra) and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF).
