Description

2.1 The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) are seeking to appoint a Contractor to build six new dwellings, comprising a block of four 3/4-bedroom houses and two semi-detached 4-bedroom houses, each of three storeys. External works include demolition of disused garages; fencing to site boundary (backing onto residential gardens on four sides; re-building access road between two houses; provision of incoming utilities and drainage; vehicle and pedestrian paving; access barrier and landscaping.
