Description

East Staffordshire Borough Council is seeking to replace its fleet of Refuse Collection Vehicles, Mechanical Sweepers and other miscellaneous waste collection vehicles. The Council is therefore seeking suitably qualified organisation to bid for the Contract Hire (with maintenance) of the vehicle fleet, and suitably qualified organisations to bid for the maintenance only of the vehicle fleet.
