Description

Public Health England has awarded a contract to Mills & Reeve LLP for the review of the framework terms and conditions which was required prior to publication of the New National Microbiology Framework as the underlying NHS Framework terms and conditions (upon which the PHE Microbiology Framework was based) was last revised in 2018.

Outputs of the service includes:
- Ensuring that the proposed framework and call-off terms and conditions are up to date and include all relevant changes since 2018;
- Aligning the terms and conditions with PHE's requirements including those based upon the experience of managing the current framework;
- Ensuring that the revised terms and conditions enable use by other participating authorities.

Mills & Reeve are the authors of the underlying NHS Framework terms and conditions and hence selected as a preferred supplier for this task.
