Applications are invited from suitably qualified companies who wish to be considered by Cheltenham Borough Council (CBC) for the demolition of 1-3 Monkscroft Villas and the subsequent design and build of 28 new dwellings (26 No. flats and 2 houses). The site is located at 1-3 Monkscroft Villas, Princess Elizabeth Way, Cheltenham. The site is owned by CBC. The intention is to proceed with a mixed tenure scheme including an element of private rented dwellings, affordable rent and low cost home ownership. The works will be let under a JCT Design and Build (2016) Contract with relevant contract amendments.
