Description

Southampton City Council (SCC) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified companies for the design, installation, maintenance, storage and removal of festive Christmas lights and decorations in several locations. It is envisaged that the proposals in the tenders submitted will cover all the associated costs for providing Christmas lighting / decorations in several locations, within the agreed budget for a period of four years.
