Description

Following a benchmarking exercise to ascertain the fit for purpose Ranger hut, Elmbridge Borough Council is approaching the market to fabricate and supply a fit for purpose Cabin that could be placed on a base supplied by an alternative supplier. The cabin must meet the specification fully to be considered. The cabin is to be fit for purpose and fulfil the following criteria:
o Highly Secure, shutters entrance door etc
o Vandal Proof
o Apex Roof and Decra steel tile roof over the plain flat plate roof
o Externally: Clad finished in timber log
o Internally: Kitchen sink, worktop, unit, space for fridge.
o Electrical Services: Lighting, Power points, Heaters etc
o Drying room: Associated furnishing benches & 6 No: Lockers
