DFID wishes to seek the services of a supplier to design and build the Mugu-Humla link road in Nepal. The DFID-funded Rural Access Programme Phase 3 (RAP3) builds and maintains important rural (district) roads in western Nepal and DFID has approved funding for the proposed Mugu-Humla link road to be implemented through RAP3. The road will connect Humla, the last unconnected district in Nepal, to neighbouring Mugu which is already connected to a strategic road.
