Description

Due to changing working environments brought about by the Covid 19 pandemic, Stonewater are looking to adapt as a business and continue to work in an agile way.

One key area to be addressed is recruitment and the ability to interview staff in line with government guidelines and social distancing measures. At present this is possible through the use of various online meeting hubs (Cisco WebEx, Skype and Microsoft Teams), but each one possesses limitations based on need.

As such, Stonewater are tentatively investigating the availability of software, specifically designed for video interviewing potential employees. The software should be able to integrate into Stonewater's e-recruit process and link with our HR and Recruitment system, as provided by Midland HR. Stonewater are also currently evaluating a tender for an advertising partner to support their recruitment needs, so any software option will need to link with any new advertising processes that follow the award of this contract.

At present, we are open to discussions about different products, but must stress that this is a tentative enquiry and no commitments can/will be given about appointing any suppliers for this service in the future.
