Description

The Council (Employer) has initiated this project to remove a deteriorating and increasingly unsafe structure from its asset portfolio. As such, the project is considered to be very high profile. The Council (Employer) intends to procure a main contractor to deliver the project that will include the demolition of a multi-storey car park known as Cow Green Car Park on Lister Lane, Halifax. The contract will be the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2011 Amendment No. 1. The Tender provides the Contractor to carry out the scope of works to satisfy the performance requirements of the works as described in the Specifications and Conditions of Contract.
