Description

The Authority has identified a number of areas where it seeks Professional Services in respect of mechanical and electrical consultancy advice and guidance.
The contract requirements cover general advice and guidance as well as those requirements highlighted within section 4 below; however, the Authority recognises that further requirements may be identified associated with these requirements during the performance of the Contract, therefore the Contract shall permit the extension of scope to related requirements during the life of the Contract.
