Description
As part of its role within Cultivator, the University is inviting organisations to tender for a contract to design, develop, deliver and evaluate a new Creative and Cultural Leadership Development Programme (CCLDP) for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (C&IoS).
The programme will be rooted in the needs and aspirations of C&IoS creative and cultural industries SMEs as recognised by an extensive 'discovery phase' undertaken in late 2019 / early 2020. The key outcomes from this work are summarised in Appendix 1. The successful tenderer will be granted full access to the detailed reports once the contract has been awarded.
The CCLDP will deliver support to two cohorts of participants between September 2020 and June 2022. The programme will incorporate a range of activities to meet identified need, to include: workshops, mentoring & coaching, peer-led activities and facilitated Action Learning sets.
Note: the CCLDP will run alongside a leadership development programme for Plymouth, which the University is managing as part of its role in iMayflower. The University is currently in the process of selecting a provider for this scheme. As highlighted below, there is an expectation that the successful tenderers for each programme will collaborate and bring together their respective cohorts where practicable.
