Description

A service is to support families who have multiple problems to develop the skills and resources to cope with current and future challenges, while ensuring that they can access the right help, at the right time, in the right order, in the right place and by the right person. The service will operate within an integrated early help locality offer, and will be targeted towards families requiring intensive support to meet the families' needs prior to issues reaching crisis point.
