The Council wishes to appoint a provider for Design, supply, installation and maintenance of a solar thermal (hot water) system at Easton Leisure centre to provide low carbon heating to the swimming pools (main and learning pools). This will reduce carbon footprint of the building and reduce utility costs through access to the government's renewable heat incentive
