Description

BCP Council are inviting organisations to create and supply a Residents Card scheme that offers residents preferential rates on local business and Council products and services, such as food and drink, leisure, attractions, retail and parking. Residents can also use the card to access Council services such as libraries and recycling sites. The scheme is intended to be available via a digital app, website and physical card.

The scheme must be fully cost recoverable for the Council and we are looking for organisations who recognise the benefits to both parties in collaborating on the development of an attractive customer offer and the application of an innovative business model that ensures the longevity of the scheme, which can then be applied to other places.

The Council will support the scheme with seed funding utilising a grant in Year 1.

Further information and full specification is available within the tender documents.
