Description

South Tees Site Company (STSC) wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide an annual service maintenance and emergency call out service for STSC's fire Sprinkler, Deluge systems located in the following site areas:-

Blast Furnace Fire Fighting, Redcar Coke Ovens, Steelmaking, Redcar Power Station, Kinkerdale Sub Station, Dock Road Sub Station, Redcar Bulk Terminal (RBT) Material Handling C1 & Material Handling CH1

The service will comprise of the following elements:
• Annual system maintenance including pump maintenance
• Emergency call out provision
• Repair or replacement of an Automatic Start Control Panel

A site visit is required for this work. This site visit is mandatory and MUST be confirmed via email to procurement@stscltd.co.uk by 5pm on 31st May 2018.
