1. Consultant time to deliver some or all 3.5 hours Masterclass on the following topics:
• Linking Talent Management to quality, service improvement and cost savings - how to make business case using the available data, how to set and better use KPIs in line with the organisations priorities, patient and workforce data, , CQC and NHS targets
• Talent Management and culture change - how do we use TM to select and support values- based/strategic/inclusive leadership, how can we change and influence the conversation culture of the organisation, how do we change old practices and habits when thinking about Talent and potential?
• Persuading boards to prioritise TM - What is in it for the Trust Boards in securing talent now and in the longer term
• Low cost methods of capturing and analysing TM data - Linking current systems, LMS and ESR, KSF and other competency frameworks
2. Consultant time to deliver one or all 3.5 hours Workshops on the following topics:
• Talent Dilemma
• How to use NHS tool (9-box grid, MPCT, HLM)
• Defining potential specifically for your organisation
• Using data to identify talent segments
These workshops will be practical to enable the participants to leave with outputs that can be taken back to their organisations.
