Description

ACAS is seeking the services of an Organisation to provide a series of training courses in Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment (TUPE)
.
Training in TUPE will be provided to various groups in the UK
.
Training events may take place at various locations & venues throughout the regions of the UK with ACAS staff acting as Co-Presenters / Trainers alongside the successful organisation
.
The scheduling of such events will be driven by the level of interest & demand and thus there is no Minimum or Maximum number for the Courses that will be held over the term of the Contract and it is expected that the successful bidder will be flexible in their approach to achieve the optimal level of knowledge transfer to the delegates
