Description
Sedgemoor District Council are undergoing a programme of internal improvements to its offices and invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who can meet the requirements in the specification to redecorate and refurbish the council's reception area in their offices in Bridgwater.
This work will include some removal and reinstatement of walls, some painting and decorating and some removal of existing furniture and equipment. Furniture for the refurbishment will be arranged by the council once the redecoration of the reception area has been completed and the room is ready for reoccupation. The selected contractor will be required to remove and replace the existing floor coverings, floor fittings and alter/ adjust window fittings.
