Description
Telford & Wrekin Council invites bids from specialist print providers experienced in end to end fulfilment of complex customer documentation for the preparation, printing, packing and posting of Revenues and Benefits documentation. The bidder will need to demonstrate the technical capability to manipulate and merge complex datasets as well as a suitable infrastructure to produce the daily range of documents required which includes Council Tax and Business Rates bills and Debt Recovery notices. The Authority has approx. 75,000 domestic properties, 5,000 commercial properties and 15,000 Housing Benefit recipients. The contract will also include provision of printing, packing and postage for Sales Ledger documents. The Authority also reserves the right to include the Annual Billing Printing Requirement for 2018/2019.
