Description

NOTE: This notice was updated on 31 August 2017 for the following reason: Item 10, Deadline for Expression of Interest changed to 1st of September 2017 and Period of Work Start Date changed to 1st of November 2017 (anticipated)The Museum of London is seeking a suitable consultancy to provide advice on Information and Communications Technology and Audio Visual services. The successful consultant will provide services for the duration of RIBA stages 2 to 7.

Consultants will liaise closely with the museum and design team to evaluate the options for the brief and procurement routes. Deliverables will include but not be limited to gap analysis, reviewing existing strategies and reports at each RIBA stage.

During the developed design stage, the consultant will develop the basis for design for a passive infrastructure, cellular signal enhancement including developing the Audio Visual architecture. At Stage 4 the consultants will develop a detailed technical solution including specifications

At Stages 6 and 7 consultants will commission and test the equipment to ensure a smooth handover to business as usual.
