Network Occupancy Requirements

Highways England (HE) wishes to appoint Specialist Technical Consultancy Support (the Supplier) to assist in the development of the future Design Manual for Roads and Bridges through the Standards Forward Programme, for the area of network occupancy requirements. The Supplier will provide Author support for document compilation and a Subject Matter Expert, providing technical expertise for update of any new draft material (and revision of existing) to ensure it reflects industry best practice, encourages innovation and wherever possible efficiency.
