Description

The Council wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of Specialist PFI Contract Management Consultancy.

The Council is willing to offer a maximum of a four-year contract to a Supplier who has the relevant experience, expertise and technical capacity and the ambition to help meet the Councils requirements in relation to the management of all PFI Schools/Academy contracts.

Specifically, this commissioned contract will manage all the technical administrative, operational and commercial requirements of the Four Schools related PFI Contracts referred to as PPP1, PPP2, BSF1a and BSF1b PFI Contract. The successful organisation will be required to take a lead role in the management and interrogation of the PFI contracts supporting the BCC designated team.

The Commission will run from April 2022 to April 2026 (unless the programme is completed earlier) and be subject to quarterly review meetings, 6 monthly performance review and an annual performance review based on performance threshold criteria linked to the second and subsequent third- and fourth-year commission.

The contract will be awarded to one provider.
