Description

Leicestershire County Council seeks to undertake a procurement process to identify and appoint a number of service providers to provide Public Health community based services framework. The required services will be divided into the following 5 lots:

Lot 1 - Provision of an Alcohol Related Risk Reduction;

Lot 2 - Provision of NHS Health Checks;

Lot 3 - Provision of intrauterine device (IUD), intrauterine system (IUS) and sub-dermal implants (SDI) for contraceptive purposes Fitting and Removal Service;

Lot 4 - Provision of Smoking Cessation Pharmacotherapy;

Lot 5 - Provision of Emergency Hormonal Contraception (EHC) to women under 25 years of age.

This framework shall be established to provide community based public health services for patient's resident and or registered with GPs in Leicestershire and Rutland. Each service will be provided in clinical or primary care setting.
