Description

Central Bedfordshire Council intends to secure the provision of a new affordable extra care housing scheme for older people on Land at Sorrel Way, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. An outline planning application has been submitted to the Council as Local Planning Authority.

The site is being brought to the market in conjunction with a neighbouring site at Saxon Drive which is the subject of an outline planning permission for residential development with the Land at Sorrel Way delivering the affordable housing requirement for the Saxon Drive site. Both sites are in the ownership of the Council and a freehold disposal of them to one developer is envisaged.
