Description

An independently appointed commercial viability consultant ("the Consultant) is required to provide a full range of property, commercial and financial advice necessary to develop and implement a delivery strategy for the Northumberland Park Urban Design Framework

The Consultant is expected to work closely with the Council and the appointed design team the council's appointed quantity surveyors, to develop a delivery strategy for the Northumberland Park Urban Design Framework. The Consultant will also work closely with Finance colleagues to develop a bespoke financial model for the site, which captures all costs and revenues, allowing the Council to make informed management and investment decisions.

The packages of work include assessment of design scenarios, development options appraisal, bespoke financial modelling, viability reports and delivery strategy which will assist the Council in its prioritisation of delivery objectives and ambitions set out in the Borough plan.
