Description

The Council wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of owner-controlled insurance for the redevelopment of the Alexander Stadium to cover the construction and all liabilities arising from the project.

The scope and specification will cover the following:

o Owner Controlled Insurance policy to be purchased to include:
o Property and Construction All Risks
o Delay in start up
o Public Liability of all contractors and sub-contractors
o Property Owners Liability
o Terrorism

The Contract will last from October 2020 with cover required until the stadium is handed over to the Commonwealth Games Committee.

The contract will be awarded to one supplier.
