Description

The works comprise the alteration of the existing park and ride site to provide depot facilities for Cambridge City Council. The works include the conversion of the existing waiting room and toilets to provide staff welfare facilities, porta-cabin offices, a storage/workshop building, fuel storage, a vehicle wash pad, and a waste transfer area. In addition, there will be the refurbishment of existing lighting infrastructure, and the provision of additional security and demarcation fencing
