Provision of Occupational Health Services comprising of four different Lots consisting of; the supply of a OHP Clinic, Counselling, Physiotherapy & Eye & Eyesight Testing. The duation of the contract shall be for a period of two years with an additional twelve month extension commencing in November 2017.
