Description

The College is seeking to appoint a specialist training provider to each programme LOT for the delivery of short bespoke courses to apprentices, employees and employers of organisations operating in the Leeds City Region.

Lot 1 - Mentoring Training
Lot 2 - Green and Sustainability Training

Each applicant will be required to identify which LOTs they are able to deliver. This can be only one, or both of them.

We are looking for organisations that can demonstrate a track record of delivering the required skills training to a high quality and compliant standard and that have the capacity, capability and continuity to deliver the services required.

Successful providers must ensure they have the capacity to deliver over the lifetime of the project.

We expect the successfully appointed organisations to be responsible for:

o Designing and delivering the allocated skills training
o Deliver to apprentices, employers and employees of organisations identified by employer engagement staff at Calderdale College
o Delivering the skills training at an appropriate time and place to suit businesses and employees ensuring maximum participation, which may include online and distance learning to ensure flexibility
o Provision of all supporting material, which could include but is not limited to; presentation slides, worksheets, demonstration materials, additional specialist trainers/consultants (where appropriate)
o Full compliance with European Social Fund (ESF), College Branding and Publicity guidance, copies of which will be provided by the College
o Support the College in ensuring participants complete specified template programme documentation such as participation eligibility forms, Individual Learning Plans and feedback forms, and returning them to the College following completion of delivery in a timely manner
o Work with College project and quality staff to review and address employer and participant feedback, and any potential requirements to adapt or further develop the programme for specific employers
o Display the ESF Programme poster, as provided by the College, at all delivery venues
o Upholding ongoing communication with the College's key personnel to facilitate the delivery of the Programme

All learning resources and materials must adhere to the Calderdale College and West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges branding and publicity guidelines. Copies will be made available to the successfully appointed provider, and intellectual property rights remain with the College.
