The main principal of the building will be to house football changing rooms, public toilets, multi-use community facilities as well as a maintenance store of the park, storing tools and equipment.

Whilst the style of the new building should be in sympathy with its surroundings and environment, the choice of materials should also reflect the nature
and use of the site incorporating modern techniques. The design should be of a modern design, low cost to maintain and feel relaxing / contemplative for all visitors.

The Architect is to appoint a Design Team to work alongside him/her in order to complete the full suite of professional services in relation to the design and management of the contract and building. A
separate appointment will be made by CCDC for the Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer duties both of which will be provided under alternate contracts.

The appointed Architect will need to work closely with the Principal Designer in preparation of the Pre Contract Health and Safety File and also with the Appointed Quantity Survey. Both of these role will
be appointed by Cannock Chase Council Directly.

The Principal Designer is to take on and discharge all of the Principal Designer duties as stated in the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015. In relation to the Health And Safety
