Description
Cannock Chase, East Staffordshire, North Staffordshire, South East Staffordshire & Seisdon Peninsular, Stafford and Surrounds and Stoke-on-Trent CCGs are seeking to appoint a provider to deliver non-emergency patient transport commencing mid 2020 with the provider appointed through a multi-year contract. We will be seeking a service which underpins NHS service across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent and is seen as being a beacon of good practice with a reputation for great patient experience, reliability, timeliness efficiency and innovation.
The commissioners wish to undertake early engagement with potential providers and subcontractors and the market in general who share our passion and commitment and who are dedicated to providing a Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service to the highest possible standards.
In particular the commissioners would like to discuss their plans with the market to understand capacity and the ability of providers to deliver this service.
The Market Engagement Event relating to this contract will be held on 1st July in Stafford at a venue to be confirmed to registered interested parties.

The market engagement event relating to these contracts will be held 1st July 2019 in Stafford. Interested parties will be contacted closer to the event date to confirm venue details and names of Delegates attending.
The Commissioners wish to undertake early engagement with potential providers and subcontractors and the market in general who are prepared to be innovative and who share our passion and commitment and who are dedicated to providing the very best choice, service and patient care standards, for a Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service.
In particular the commissioners would like to discuss their plans with the market and better understand capacity and the ability of Providers to deliver this service. Commissioners will listen to feedback from potential providers and factor this into the procurement. Commissioners seek to understand what information potential providers will require from commissioners as part of the invitation to tender (ITT) to enable them to submit high quality bids.
