Description

Centrepoint is a registered provider and currently owns or manages hostel bedspaces, supported flats, general needs flats and houses and office accommodation. This includes property owned by partner registered providers where Centrepoint has partial repairing responsibility.
The property portfolio has increased steadily over the past five years and Centrepoint's strategic objectives support a continued growth in this area.
We have just launched our Independent Living Programme and as part of this aim to deliver 300 new bedspaces across London and Greater Manchester by 2021. This will be through a mix of owned buildings and purpose built modular units.
We require suppliers to conduct property maintenance and compliance works across a number of lots.
