Description

The Authority is awarding a contract for an Independent Health Complaints Advocacy. This is a vital component of the local NHS complaints system. It supports people who, for a wide range of reasons, find it difficult to navigate the complaints system themselves. Independent advocacy helps people to speak up,supports a person to express their views, have these taken seriously and achieve personal outcomes. The contract duration will be for an initial period of 2 years; the Authority will have the power to extend thecontract for up to 2 years exercisable by yearly extensions.
