Description

You are invited to submit a quote for the provision of:
ENTERPRISE Level Maintenance & Support Renewal for v3.1, however The Council will complete moving to v4.2 during mid 2021.

Start Date: 01 January 2021
End Date: 31 December 2021

This is to be a fixed term contract of 1 year - NOT a rolling contract.
Licenses Covered:
SAP BusinessObjects BI Suite (25 Concurrent Users)
SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform (10 Named Users)
SAP Business Analytics Professional (10 Named Users)
SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition (1 UN)

Please note that your company must be certified with the SAP Partner Centre of Expertise (PCoE) accreditation and be a Gold Partner or above. Please provide evidence of these with your submission.

Currently the contract is 22% of the total value of the original SAP contract and the Council would expect quotes to be either equal to or below this value.

Please ensure the quote is valid for 30 days, and is a quote exclusive of VAT.
The relevant documentation, including terms and conditions are attached.
