Description
Cefas require the provision of a health, safety and well-being technical advisory service to support with the development of content, training and advice for Cefas' delivery and operations in the UK and overseas. One or more of the project team must be an IOSH Chartered Fellow (CFIOSH), as Cefas require support from outstanding H&S professionals who can demonstrate going above and beyond in their field.
Examples of services required may include, but not be limited to:
1. Providing advice and support, including peer review into the Cefas H&S Culture Programme.
2. Providing defined audits of the H&S management system post implementation of improvements.
3. Providing mentoring and coaching to the HSEQDI Director, and others in the H&S Team. These sessions will be typically up to half a day per month and attendance will be one to one, or one to many, depending on the business requirement at the time. The outcomes of these sessions are to improve the individuals' performance in their role to drive a high-performance safety culture at Cefas.
4. Providing ad hoc training sessions to the Cefas H&S team to improve practical and soft skills to facilitate strong health and safety support to other areas of Cefas. This will also include training our H&S team to effectively deliver H&S briefings and workshops.
5. Providing input and content to assist development of Cefas H&S systems and/or processes.
