Description
Cornwall Council is currently preparing to re-tender its Waste and Recycling Collection, Street and Beach Cleansing Contract. This contract will terminate 31st March 2020, and the Council is considering its route to market.
The Council is therefore currently seeking a Competitive Dialogue procurement specialist in the waste management field, to lead the procurement process and provide expert advice regarding the Competitive Dialogue process, stages and requirements.
The consultant will be required to provide advice to the Council regarding the Competitive Dialogue process and documentation, manage the procurement process specifically relating to Competitive Dialogue, and to be part of the dialogue sessions.
