Description

Wyndley House is a fourteen storey block of flats in Montagu, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 4RH. Consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats, the block is made up of 116 no Council tenants and 8 no Leaseholders. The proposed works at the block are to replace the existing double glazed tilt and turn UPVC windows with UPVC double glazed side hung casement windows. A survey of concrete panels (structural and decorative) is required and any necessary repairs carried out prior to the application of a concrete protection system.
